Jon Cleaver is a highly accomplished business executive and the founder and CEO of Turning Point Group, a consulting firm that specializes in financial education and planning, executive coaching, and leadership training. With over 25 years of experience in the field, Jon has a proven track record of helping individuals and businesses transform and achieve long-term financial success. He is known for his strategic thinking, innovative ideas, and ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.

Prior to founding Turning Point Group, Jon held senior executive positions at several prominent companies, where he was responsible for driving growth, increasing profitability, and creating high-performing teams. He has also worked with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing. Jon is highly respected in the business community and is often invited to speak at conferences and events on topics related to leadership, organizational change, and innovation.

Over 15 years ago, Andrew started his financial career with firms like Wells Fargo and Santander Bank. Today he creates personalized financial strategies for families and businesses. He also coaches and mentors new agents.

His wife, Kate, assists with back-office support for their clients and agents.

They reside in Tennessee with their three sons and dog Milo, where Andrew serves as an elected Aldermen for their town.

A long-time entrepreneur and mom of 6, Wendy became a part of The Turning Point Group after her own empowering client experience with the company.

She is on a mission to educate and empower other entrepreneurs on maximize their wealth.

She co-hosts a weekly financial education show with Jon Cleaver, founder of The Turning Point Group.

Damon has a background in higher education and became a client of The Turning Point Group. As an educator, he loved the process of learning how money works and wanted to bring that knowledge to middle-class families.

Based in near Ft. Campbell with his wife, Rose, Damon has a heart to help our sailors and soldiers, and was key to creating the TPG partnership with Hiring our Heroes.

From a young age, it was clear that Woody had a talent to communicate and interact with others. With an early career in the outdoor industry and extensive studies at Marshall University, he honed this natural skill.

At The Turning Point group, he is focused on helping individuals reach their personal financial goals and empowering them with financial knowledge. Woody is based in West Virginia.
